Absolutely delightful. Their hours are kind of weird because they make things fresh. I'm all for closing down a couple hours of the day to make fresh noodles if it means I get to eat like a king.
Absolutely fantastic. Great service, great food. If you've read my reviews I do not say everything is great often. I am glad I finally got around to trying this place. I will be going back. The hand rolled egg rolls are the best I've ever had. The pad thai was delicious. The ramen was great. I literally have no complaints.
Nice cozy spot with delicious ramen and great customer service! I got the Blend Chili Spicy Ramen which consists of Tonkotsu broth spiked with our sweet and savory spicy sauce. Includes green onions garlic and bamboo shoots. It hit the spot on a cold Thursday afternoon They have really good appetizers too!

EDIT: Just ate here again and the food was extraordinary! I got the spicy garlic chicken broccoli and it was SO GOOD, I couldn't stop eating it and now I have a food baby lol. If you are staying in Albany or passing through, this is a place you need to try! EDIT: have ate here every time now going through Albany. I look forward to eating here!! I was Traveling to Portland and stayed in Albany. Seen this place after googling restaurants. After reading the reviews decided to give it a try. Me and my mom got there at 430, right when they open for dinner and by 530 the place was full. And 4 people came to pick up food. Absolutely the best ramen I've had!!! And the chicken wings are to die for!! Yes the place is small maybe fits 30 customers but worth the wait and they do take out. You also get to create your own ramen. Pick the broth, meat and veggies. I went with their signature broth, chicken and mixed veggies. I can't tell you how good it was you just have to try them out!
Great place to eat with a variety of meal choices. Good portions. Food was fast and hot. Bathrooms were nice, clean and stalked.
The Ramen will fill you up! Potsickers were crispy and awesome! And the garlic chicken wings had me sweating, loved them! Everything was delicious!
Absolutely fantastic Ramen! Service was a bit lacking. No one came around to see if we needed more water, drinks or to see if we wanted or needed something else. It's a tiny place so service should be better as it was not super busy. Regardless, truly great Ramen and worth the visit.
